Plant based vaginal gel : At last a vaginal
moisturizing gel that provides soothing relief and lasting comfort for vaginal
dryness and helps restore a woman's natural lubrication. This delicate water
based formulation is fragrance free, non-irritating and safe to use every day or
as frequently as needed.

Directions: Apply a
small amount of gel to the vaginal opening and external area as needed. This
product is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicide. If irritation

Vaginal gel may be used alone or in combination with the

Menopause & Vaginal Dryness: The vaginal cream should be combined with a
female

remedy and taken for at least 12 to 16 weeks with the following suggested
diet changes and supplementation.
A Menopause Diet:
Eat a diet consisting of 50 percent raw foods (see the alkaline food chart). Avoid meat and dairy products.
Meat and dairy products promote hot flashes. Avoid alcohol, caffeine (coffee &
black tea), chocolate, and sugar
as they trigger hot flushes. Excellent when combined with the

program.
Supplementation: For general nutrition support it may be an idea
