This defeats the purpose of using organic if chemicals are added in the manufacturing process! As a total percentage by volume of the finished product, often more chemicals are added during manufacturing than during farming.
 
Organic Supplements in your Organic Diet: Do not over emphasize supplements when going organic. Although supplements are important and great when they are organic, supplements should only represent about 1% to 3% of your diet in volume. Many people insist on only taking organic supplements (assuming they are not filled with other chemical additives), but make little effort to only eat organic foods. Start by focusing on the top 80% of your diet first such as fruits, vegetables, salads, grains, nuts, seeds and other food groups, this is how organic products can have the biggest impact. Ask you local supermarket to stock organic if they don't carry it. If enough people ask they may decide to stock it.
